We realize a nice, innovative and practical product,
totally handmade, but keeping on focalize the case on the final purpose,
which is the aim of containing the Sharps rifle; this historic rifle
needs an appropriateaccessories to respect his old sight.
Created with the intention to taste the WILD Western/Cowboys spirit,
this case is allowing 1863 or 1866 or 1874 I.A.B. or "Pedretti
& Sons" Sharps rifles in 28"-30"-32" barrel
lenght.
EXCLUSIVE design and version reserved only to us at a reasonable
and competitive price.
We used a fir wood solid plank, purposely made row, the planks are
joint with the antic method of dovetail and the color has been given
by hand painting with a waterproof paint in antic walnut color.
All the metal accessories as closure, hinge, and nails are antiques
with fire, we used forked screws to give more resistance and durability(they
are granted till 40 kg. under traction)without lose old historical
feature of the product.
The interior has been shaped following the figure of the Sharps rifle
in order to keep it safe during the transport; the material is high
density polyurethane panel lined with velvet and enriched witha 2
mm. regenerated leather and running stitches.
The box case is suitable for any model of Sharps rifle giving the
possibility to mount different sights as creedmore set sight, elevation
windage or Lyman one.
Moreover the box is provided with a little box with cover for some
cartridges or documents or scores.
Two ornamental straps with buckles are placed to give a better safety
closure.
The wood-box case is personalized with a "Sharps" logo on
the top of the cover and finished with an handle for a confortable
transport.
The dimensions are 53" x 9,5" x 3,5" and is possible
to have a personalized metal tag with all details of the production
of the Sharps rifle (date of production, importer, serial number,
caliber, model and version).

WARNING
* Our product is totally hand made, we use only row plank wood, therefore
the outside measure may have a tolerance of 1 cm. max.The inside measure
will not change.
* As the wood is natural, the plank may have some imperfections, these
are not to be considered as defects, but only in the case they will
cause a practical problem to the functionality of the case.
* All the cases are treated with natural wax against water and for a
longer preservation of the wood.We recommend that the final client will
periodically treat the product with natural wax, we recommend as well
not to keep the wood case in a humid place for a long time. |
